Introduction to Watercolor:
Private Class

This is a privately booked class. If you would like to book Introduction to Watercolor as a private class for a minimum of 4 students, you can do so using our Book A Private Class request form!

In this private class, we’ll learn basic watercolor skills while creating some lovely small pieces! Students will learn fundamental techniques to make the water work for them. We’ll explore how to make soft, blended colors and bright, bold strokes. Watercolor is a joy once you understand how paints and water work together (and sometimes create happy surprises)!

All supplies included in the class. Professional-level paints and paper will be used so students can experience the value of using best quality materials – it really does make a difference!

We’ll start with specific subjects and exercises for you to work from. If you have a specific scene or object you’d like to paint, feel free to bring a photo (or the object).
