Jane Kunkler
As a retired high school Language Arts teacher, I had to find something creative to keep me out of trouble – turned out to be stained glass. I think it was the variety of colors and textures which lured me in to my first class. Now some 12 or 14 years later, I am still fascinated and like to pass on some of what I have learned.
Somerset Artists’ Co-Op has offered me a place to display and sell my art as well as a place to hold glass explores for both children and adults. I’m an active volunteer for many co-op community experiences and am always willing to offer different kinds of activities like acrylic pours, tile painting, Macrame, and more for any occasion, family gathering, birthday, etc.
When not at the shop, I can be found on 40 acres of woods and Sandstone outcrop in Reading Township pulling weeds or mowing. That and one, old horse keep me active. Love to meet you at the shop someday.
