Artist and Community support is what makes our mission possible – to share the work of local artists, provide space for art to be made and sold, and to celebrate art together as a community. You can support the Somerset Artists’ Co-Op in any way that fits with your time, ability and means. Here are some ideas…

Create and Sell Your Art Here

Our Studio & Gallery Artist Membership provides you with 24/7 access to The Studio to create in a supportive environment. Artist Members can sell approved work in our Gallery and donate a 25% commission back to the Co-Op to support our expenses. Studio & Gallery Artist Members can also choose to teach upon approval of their curriculum by the board.

If you’re not an artist but you appreciate art and are looking to support local artists, we’re a great spot to find one-of-a-kind works that often are crafted from materials found in our area. Your purchase supports the artists and provides revenue to offset our expenses. The Gallery is open on Saturdays from 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Check our calendar for additional or extended Gallery hours during holidays and special events.

Donate Funds & Become a Friend of the Co-Op

We welcome monetary donations that immediately assist in supporting our mission. These donations enable us to purchase studio supplies, pay operational expenses and expand our reach in the community. The Co-Op is an all-volunteer organization. Your donated funds are guaranteed to have impact. We try to make it easy – you can donate any amount between $5 and $250 right now using our secure online Donation page. Thank you in advance for your generous support!

Become a Sponsor

For businesses and donors with passion for art, sponsorship opportunities are available. These are generally larger dollar commitments that help us with facility improvements and event production. If you have a specific idea of what you’d like to sponsor, a particular art discipline or other purpose, we’re happy to hear from you and work with you. Send us an email and a member of the board will respond promptly.

Donate Supplies

Art supplies can be one of the most expensive items an artist must purchase. We welcome donated student- and artist-grade supplies for classes and to support our artists. Find out more about what we can take in, when, and how.
