Booth Sign-Up

We’re excited you’d like to participate in a festival, show or community event!

In exchange for the Co-Op’s purchase of the booth or table at a festival, show or community event, displayed artists must be a Studio Artist Member of the Co-Op and must commit to assisting with ONE of the following tasks associated with the event*:

Packing and moving all artists’ pieces to the location from the Gallery
Setting up the booth and/or table display
Staffing the booth during the event for an assigned shift
Re-packing unsold work for return to the Gallery and tear-down of the display at the conclusion of the event
Transiting and resetting unsold artwork at the Gallery

*Exceptions due to physical limitations or availability are at the discretion of the Co-Op Board and Event Committee.

We will always assign tasks based on availability and physical ability. We also try to keep time commitment within a range of 1 – 4 hours.

Your participation in these events is valuable! We appreciate your willingness to be part of our all-volunteer efforts to bring art experiences to all in Perry County!
