Form Submissions

When visitors complete forms on our site we collect the data submitted in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your name or email address with any third parties without your express permission. If you make a purchase through the website, your personal and transactional data is actually retrieved by the merchant gateway used (PayPal or Stripe).  This website does not retrieve or story any sensitive financial data. Our class registration function does, however retain the names and contact information so we can manage class attendance and registration.

How long we retain your data

We retain data submitted to us through forms for six months.

What rights you have over your data

You can  request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

If we collect comments at any time in the future, these comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
