Carol graduated from the Columbus College of Art and Design where she studied Fine Arts. She initially had a 10-year career as an Art Therapist before making the decision to become a stay-at-home Mom. Her natural restlessness led to a muraling and faux finishing business. She spent 25+ years creating unique designs on walls in homes and businesses. Her talents have been displayed in the BIA Parade of Homes since 2001, Decorators and Designers Showcases, in addition to several magazines.

In addition, Carol conducts paint events in social settings, with her largest being over 100 attendees. Teaching has become a recent passion, whether teaching private lessons in her home, or at local studios, such as the Somerset Artists’ Co-Op.

Carol has taught children and adults, as well as special populations (such as older adults and those in recovery). Her acrylic and plaster paintings focus mainly on the beauty of nature.
