Learn basic watercolor skills while creating some lovely small pieces you can frame! You’ll learn fundamental techniques to make the water work for you. We’ll explore how to make soft, blended colors and bright, bold strokes. Watercolor is a joy once you understand how paints and water work together (and sometimes create happy surprises)!
All supplies included in the class. Professional-level paints and paper will be used so you can experience the value of using best quality materials – it really does make a difference!
We’ll start with specific subjects and exercises for you to work from. If you have a specific scene or object you’d like to paint, feel free to bring a photo (or the object).
This class is open to all ages!
