Class Cancellation
& Refund Policy
We understand life happens and you may have need to cancel your attendance at a Somerset Artists’ Co-Op class. On rare occasion, we may need to cancel a class due to weather or other circumstances.
If the Co-Op cancels a class you may request a full refund OR apply your payment to registration in a future class provided by any instructor if seats are available. We’ll contact you by phone and email to notify you of class cancellation and confirm your choice.
If you cancel your registration and notify us at least 72 hours prior to class start you can request a full refund OR choose to apply your payment to registration for another class with available seats.
If you cancel your registration within 72 hours of the class start time no refund is available but, at the discretion of the instructor, we can apply your payment to a future class with the same instructor.
‘No Show’ Policy
If we do not receive any notice of cancellation from you refund is not possible. However, moving your registration to a future class by the same instructor is at the instructor’s discretion.
Special Guest Artist Instructor Refund Policy
Due to payment agreements we make with Special Guest Instructors, no refunds are possible and no application of your fee toward a replacement class is possible once we’ve entered the 72-hour cancellation window. Special Guest Artist Instructor events are clearly noted as such in the class description.
